We were very interested in updating our HVAC system. We researched the hybrid system and decided on the Napoleon, made in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. Our DNM contact, Jonathan took care of all the details. Our system consists of the 9700 furnace and heat pump. It came just in time for the summer heat and the air conditioning aspect is working perfectly. I have the fan set on circulate to draw up the cooler air from the basement. This new system is so quiet, we don't even hear it kick in. The installers, Norm and Nick, did a great job, they managed to use the same route for the new heat pump as the old air conditioner, which saved any need to open up the ceiling in the finished basement area.
